The new legal form went into effect with its entry in Commercial Register on March 22, 2016. Thus, the resolution of the annual general meeting of May 20, 2015 has been implemented. The SE underscores the clear international market alignment of the company. About 65% of employees now work outside of Germany, a clear majority, and approximately 65% of the Group's revenue is generated abroad. The conversion into an SE is in keeping with the Group's global alignment and the requirements of an international and open corporate culture. Nemetschek SE will continue to use a dualist system consisting of an executive board and a supervisory board. The rights of the shareholders are unaffected by the conversion.
