The Supervisory Board of REALTECH AG has decided today, that Mr. Daniele Di Croce will change over to the Executive Board as new CEO of REALTECH AG and step down from his function as Chairman of the Supervisory Board with effect of January the 15th, 2016 in order to assist the operational implementation of the strategic redirection of the company. At the same time it was agreed not to renew the mandate of Mr. Volker Hensel as member of the Executive Board. His mandate will end regularly on September the 30th, 2016. Furthermore Dr. Wolfgang Erlebach was elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Torsten Steinhaus was elected as delegate Chairman with effect of January the 15th, 2016. As Mr. Di Croce will take over an executive function and therefore leave the Supervisory Board, the Supervisory Board has also decided that Mr. Franz-Josef Appel, auditor and partner of PKF GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Heidelberg will be appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board by the municipal court and will be proposed for election on the next annual shareholder's meeting.
