At the turn of the year, Felix Rudloff (44) will resign from his position as Member of the Management Board at Bastei Lübbe AG. Rudloff, who is in charge of the Programme and Press departments as Member of the Management Board at Bastei Lübbe AG, will step down from his position for personal reasons. At the same time, he will continue to assist the company in the long term and support the Programme division as an agent and consultant with his expertise and network. A service agreement to this effect has already been signed between Felix Rudloff and Bastei Lübbe AG. In January 2012, Rudloff joined the Cologne-based publishing house to work as a publisher for Eichborn Verlag. In the same year, he was appointed to the management team. When the company went public in October 2013, he became a member of the Management Board. At the turn of the year, Felix Rudloff will vacate his position on the Management Board for personal reasons and work as an agent and consultant on a freelance basis. He will continue to assist Bastei Lübbe AG in his new role, for which a service agreement has been concluded for the years to come.
