The proposal of the executive and supervisory boards takes into consideration the significantly improved restructuring and special items result on the one hand, and on the other, the positive results development in fiscal 2015/16. The recommended dividend also aligns with the company's continuity approach to dividend payments. Based on 204.2 million issued shares in circulation, the total dividend distribution will be EUR 61.3 (previous year: 51.0) million.
