As the Supervisory Board stated at its balance sheet meeting on Monday, net profit for the year was EUR 10.7 million, or EUR 2.03 per share - the best result since the company's founding. Sales exceeded EUR 140 million. Net liquidity, the amount by which cash and cash equivalents exceeded liabilities, grew as of December 31, 2015 by EUR 12.8 million to EUR 15.9 million, reaching the highest value since 2012. At the Annual General Meeting on June 8, 2016, the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board will propose a dividend of EUR 0.60 per share entitled to a dividend (prior year: EUR 0.60). --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Information and Explanation of the Issuer to this News: In terms of content, the annual financial statements were influenced by a series of one-off effects. Extraordinary income from the sale of an investment was offset by losses in the Radiation Therapy segment and an increase in risk provisioning.
