Through the placement of the 2,212,939 new shares with institutional investors, the company will accrue EUR 12.6 million gross. The placement price was EUR 5.70 per share. The subscription right of the shareholders was excluded. After entry of the capital increase in the Commercial Register, the share capital of MPC Capital AG increases to EUR 24,342,333. The new shares are eligible for dividends from 1 January 2015. The admission of the new shares to trading under the identical ISIN as the existing shares of the company in the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, in the sub-segment with special admission follow-up requirements (Entry Standard), is expected for 24 March 2016. The net proceeds of the offering are intended for the financing of the further growth of the MPC Capital Group and will be used in particular for the funding of co-investments in alternative assets from the current project pipeline.
