LIMES Schlosskliniken AG increases stake in Swiss clinic PRC Group AG

LIMES Schlosskliniken AG, Cologne, 22.06.2023.  LIMES Schlosskliniken AG has acquired a further
5 percent of the Swiss PRC Group AG. The remaining 44 percent are held by the management of the Paracelsus Group. This brings the total shareholding of Limes Schlosskliniken AG in the PRC Group to 56 percent.

PRC Group operates the world's most exclusive, individualized and discreet clinic for addiction and mental illness under the name Paracelsus Recovery. With teams of 15 doctors and therapists per patient, it treats mainly international UHNW clientele and prominent patients at its locations in Zurich and London.

The financing of the transaction follows from liquid funds of the LIMES Group.
