SGT German Private Equity redeems 11 million treasury shares
 

Frankfurt/Main, 18 August 2022 – SGT German Private Equity GmbH & Co. KGaA, a listed Private Equity asset manager, has redeemed its 11,052,200 treasury shares by resolution of today's Annual General Meeting. The number of shares now amounts to 49,801,800. 

The free float is increased from 16.9% to 20.7% by this measure.
