TLG IMMOBILIEN AG: CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT BOARD
Berlin, Germany, October 29, 2021 - TLG IMMOBILIEN AG ("TLG") announces Mr. Roy Vishnovizki stepping down from his position as member of the management and Chief Executive Officer on December 31, 2021 for personal reasons. TLG thanks Mr. Vishnovizki and wishes him great success for his future endeavors.
Yesterday, on October 28, 2021, TLG's supervisory board appointed Mr. Klaus Krägel and Mr. Dvir Wolf as new members of the management board effective as of November 1, 2021.
Mr. Krägel has been a former member of the supervisory board of TLG IMMOBILIEN AG and has extensive experience in the German real estate industry among others as managing director in Goldman Sachs Realty Management as well as managing positions in Deutsche Real Estate AG, Jones Lang LaSalle, AGIV Real Estate AG and GIV Management.
Mr. Wolf has been working for TLG IMMOBILIEN AG since 2020 as head of controlling. Mr. Wolf holds a BA in accounting and economics and MBA and has experience in publicly traded and international corporations across various industries.
