Changes to the Executive Board at First Sensor AG

The CFO of First Sensor AG, Marcus Resch, and the Supervisory Board agreed by mutual consent that Marcus Resch will resign from his position as Executive Board member of First Sensor AG following the acquisition by TE Connectivity Sensors Germany Holding AG and the reorganization of the company, effective May 31, 2021.

"Just under a year after the successful conclusion and implementation of a domination and profit and loss transfer agreement, the integration of First Sensor AG into TE Connectivity is almost complete with the changeover of internal reporting lines and a reorganization of the Management Board, which will also include Dirk Schäfer, from June 1. It is therefore an ideal time to hand over the baton," said CFO Marcus Resch.

The Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG would like to thank Marcus Resch for his contributions over the past 15 months. "Marcus Resch took over First Sensor AG as sole board member at an important stage of the merger, provided stability in the midst of an upheaval, successfully led the company through the COVID-19 crisis, and drove forward a comprehensive integration in a targeted manner and on schedule. We thank Marcus for his leadership," said Michael Gerosa, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of First Sensor AG.
