ATOSS Software AG: ATOSS raises dividend rate

The Management Board of ATOSS Software AG is submitting a proposal to the Supervisory Board suggesting a sustainable increase in the company's dividend rate to 75% of the consolidated earnings per share.
Otherwise, the dividend policy in place since 2006 that has so far provided for a dividend rate of 50% in relation to consolidated earnings per share and that has been topped up by special dividends at regular intervals, will continue to apply.

By adjusting its dividend policy, ATOSS Software AG is thus maintaining the sustainable participation of shareholders in the success of the company. Against the backdrop of the most recent records in terms of sales and earnings in 2019, the high degree of stability of the business model, an extremely sound equity ratio and liquidity at a group level (cash and cash equivalents, other current and non-current financial assets) of over EUR 30 million at the end of 2019, the Management Board has decided to raise the dividend rate to 75%. Earnings per share for fiscal 2019 are likely to lie within a range between EUR 3.30 and 3.40 per share.

Provisional results for the 2019 fiscal year and the fourth quarter of 2019 including precise details of the Management Board's dividend proposal for 2019 will be published on January 31, 2019.
