DATAGROUP Appoints Additional Board Member

• Peter Schneck to complement the Management Board of DATAGROUP from October 1, 2019

Pliezhausen, October 1, 2019. DATAGROUP SE (WKN A0JC8S) today announces that the Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Peter Schneck as a further member of the Management Board of DATAGROUP. Mr. Schneck will be responsible for mergers & acquisitions, investor relations and legal affairs.

Peter Schneck studied law with a focus on international business law and also has an MBA degree. After his studies, he started working as a Managing Director at Scheidt & Bachmann, a globally leading provider of IT solutions for parking management, followed by a position as Managing Director at APCOA, the car park operator. Before joining DATAGROUP SE, Peter Schneck was CEO of the Trapeze group, a transport engineering company owned by Canadian-based Constellation. In addition to the operational management of Trapeze, Peter Schneck was responsible for an international portfolio of other companies as well as for the M&A activities.

DATAGROUP's Management Board now consists of a total of four members: Max H.-H. Schaber, Dirk Peters, Andreas Baresel and Peter Schneck.
