YOC AG with revenue growth of 25 to 30 % in Q2 / 2019 compared to the same period of the previous year

According to preliminary calculations, YOC AG (Frankfurt, Prime Standard, ISIN DE0005932735) is expected to generate revenues at Group level of EUR 3.8 million to EUR 3.9 million (Q2/2018: EUR 3.0 million) in the second quarter of 2019. Compared to the second quarter of the previous year, this corresponds to an expected growth of approx. 25 to 30 %. In particular, the proprietary technology platform VIS.X, which was launched on the market in fiscal year 2018, contributed to this sales development with a continuously growing share of sales.

This positive development is expected to result in growth of 15 to 20 % in the first half of 2019 compared to the same period of the previous year.

As a result, operating earnings before depreciation and amortization (EBITDA)* are expected to improve up to EUR 0.4 million to around EUR 0.1 million in the second quarter of 2019 (Q2/2018: EUR -0.3 million).

With regard to the full year 2019, the company currently confirms its full-year outlook with revenues of up to EUR 16.5 million and a further improvement in operating earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) of EUR 0.2 million to EUR 0.5 million.

The key figures for the second quarter of 2019 are preliminary and unaudited. The 2019 half-year financial report of YOC AG with the final financial figures will be published as planned on 21 August 2019.
