In connection with the public offering of shares in DFV, Hauck & Aufhäuser Privatbankiers AG with registered office in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, and business address at Kaiserstraße 24, 60311 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, registered with the commercial register (Handelsregister) of the local court (Amtsgericht) of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, under HRB 108617 ("Hauck & Aufhäuser"), acted as stabilisation manager.

Hauck & Aufhäuser informed DFV that Hauck & Aufhäuser carried out the following stabilisation measures during the stabilisation period, which commenced on the first day of trading of the shares of DFV on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Prime Standard) on 4 December 2018 and expired on 2 January 2019:

End of stabilisation measures: 2 January 2019;
