First corporate profile of Coreo AG published

Frankfurt am Main - 30 November 2018 - GBC AG has published its first corporate profile of Coreo AG. The research firm set a target price of EUR 3.10 with a buy recommendation. The calculation is based on the total number of outstanding shares after closing of the current capital raise. Outstanding shares will increase from 9.36 million to 19.36 million if the placement is completed.
Analysts from GBC argue Coreo AG has quickly built up a portfolio with high hidden reserves as part of its value-driven growth strategy. With the gross proceeds from the potential EUR 16 million capital increase, Coreo AG should be able to double its real estate portfolio in the short term to just under EUR 100 million.

Since Tuesday, the company's shares have been listed on the stock exchange under the abbreviation "CORE." As such, the company signals its successful realignment.
