This is to be based on the successful Deutschlandcard system. Following the publication of this announcement, some shareholders contacted the company and asked whether this cooperation had any influence on the ongoing partnership with Coca-Cola. Coca-Cola and Vectron have found out after extensive tests that it is faster, cheaper and much more promising to establish a customer loyalty system through a partnership with an already successful system than to completely rebuild it yourself. The original co-operation of Coca-Cola and Vectron within the frame of the "GetHappy" platform will therefore be terminated. Coca-Cola and Vectron plan a further, close co-operation. A new field test and pilot operation with approx. 5000 participating restaurateurs between Vectron and Coca-Cola has therefore recently been agreed, within the framework of which the new form of cooperation is to be developed. Vectron continues to work with Deutschlandcard. Deutschlandcard has about 20 million participants and is established in numerous renowned trade chains. Together, a cross-industry customer loyalty system can now be established which immediately opens up a large number of cardholders as a new customer group to participating restaurateurs.
