The Supervisory Board of DATAGROUP decided to expand the Management Board by a Chief Production Officer. Andreas Baresel will take on this role at the start of the new fiscal year as of October 1, 2018. He will be responsible for the overall management of the individual service factories within the group. "I am delighted that Andreas Baresel will complement the Management Board in this newly created role", says DATAGROUP CEO Max H.-H. Schaber. "We intend to coordinate the IT factories to be able to offer the very best one-stop service to our customers." Andreas Baresel (43) will assume the responsibility for the management and coordination tasks as a member of the Management Board and at the same time become operational manager of the IT factories. This form of organisation will ensure that the highly complex CORBOX services are perfectly matched to one another in production. Since 2012, Baresel has worked as a director of DATAGROUP Business Solutions GmbH, where he was responsible for the development and expansion of the IT service business in Southern Germany.
