The previous rental contract of the Erfurt retail centre which was about to terminate on 31 March 2019 has been prolonged until 31 March 2033 and comprise a total rental space of about 13,000 sqm. Moreover there are prolongation options for a total period of additional 15 years concluded. Together with other rental contract prolongations as well as transfers of ownership of acquisitions occured in the 2nd quarter of the 2017/2018 FY Deutsche Konsum's WALT has significantly increased to 5.1 years as at 31 March 2018 (31 December 2017: 4.5 years).
