This measure is intended to enhance the liquidity of Dürr stock and make it even more attractive to investors. The proposed resolution will be submitted at the annual general meeting on May 9, 2018. Under this proposal, the company's capital stock, currently EUR 88.6 million, is to be doubled to EUR 177.2 million by way of a capital increase from company funds. In this process, capital reserves are to be converted into subscribed capital. The level of equity totaling EUR 903.7 million (as at December 31, 2017) will remain unchanged. As a result of this measure, all shareholders will have the same number of shares they hold additionally credited to their securities accounts. This will not affect the participation ratio of each shareholder. The new shares are entitled to a dividend with retrospective effect as of January 1, 2018.
