A corresponding proposal is to be made to the Annual General Meeting which is being held on 8 June 2018. The corresponding total amount of around EUR 4.77 million or 90.76% of the provisional net income (HGB) for 2017 is thus in line with the requirements of the German REIT Act. According to the as yet unaudited figures, Fair Value REIT-AG's net income (HGB) in 2017 totalled around EUR 5.3 million, following net income recorded in the previous year of around EUR 6.2 million.
