Uwe E. Flach, Dr Andreas Kretschmer, Matthias Hünlein and Helmut Ullrich have been appointed as their successors by court order. All have extensive management experience and in-depth expertise in the real-estate business. These new appointments are linked with the takeover of GSW Immobilien AG by Deutsche Wohnen AG in the fourth quarter of 2013.
