The Management Board of United Internet AG today resolved to launch a new share buyback program. In the course of this new share buyback program, up to 5,000,000 company shares (corresponding to approx. 2.44% of capital stock) are to be bought back via the stock exchange. The resolution follows the authorization of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of May 22, 2014 to buy back treasury shares representing up to 10% of the company's capital stock. The authorization was issued for the period up to September 22, 2017. At the same time, the current share buyback program adopted by the Management Board on June 13, 2014 - also based on the authorization of the Annual Shareholders' Meeting of May 22, 2014 - was ended.
