Based on the information available as of 12:00 noon CET on 10 February, Vonovia's tender offer published on 1 December 2015 has been accepted for approximately 30.4 % of all Deutsche Wohnen shares (on an undiluted basis, including shares already held and shares from convertible financial instruments). A key condition for the completion of the takeover was that Vonovia reaches the minimum acceptance threshold of 50 % of all Deutsche Wohnen shares, the percentage necessary to realise the full synergy potential. Vonovia expects to publish the final acceptance level of the offer on 15 February 2016.
