The issuer is solely responsible for the content of this announcement. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG intends further distributions to shareholders The Supervisory Board resolved today, as resolved by the Management Board, to propose to the Annual General Meeting on 10 June 2015 the distribution of a dividend of EUR 0.80 per share (after EUR 0,25 in the previous year). In addition, it is, based on the current assessment, intended to implement a further share repurchase in the period after the Annual General Meeting by means of a public tender offer with exchange traded tender rights (börslicher Andienungsrechtehandel) by utilizing the existing authorization (Agenda Item 4 of the Annual General Meeting of 12 June 2014) at a volume of about 10 % of the current registered share capital. A final decision by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board on the implementation as well as the precise date and the economic parameters of the repurchase has not yet been made. By combining these two measures the shareholders shall once again participate in profits from the transaction with Fresenius/HELIOS, also to the extent that they are now reflected in the balance sheet 2014.
