Rocket Internet AG ("Rocket Internet") participates with an amount of EUR 100.0 million. Insight Venture Partners also takes part. Based on this financing round, HelloFresh's post-money valuation of EUR 131.2 million increases to EUR 623.8 million (pre further dilution through management participations). Rocket Internet's total shareholding in HelloFresh changes as a result of this capital increase and a preceding secondary transaction (Rocket Internet acquired shares for a purchase price of EUR 30.1 million) from 37.4% to a majority position of 51.7% (pre further dilution through management participations). This results in an increase in the last portfolio value ("LPV") of Rocket Internet's stake in HelloFresh by EUR 273.3 million (from EUR 49.1 million to EUR 322.4 million).
