These machines are central components for the manufacturing of CIGS thin- film modules. The order volume exceeds EUR 20 million. The order is still subject to the approval of the relevant boards. The outstanding payment for the order is expected soon. For thin-film solar cells SINGULUS TECHNOLOGIES focuses on CIS/CIGS technology and offers machines for all of the relevant processing steps.
