As part of a capital increase by in-kind contribution, 51% of the shares were already contributed to Medios AG in 2016. The intent of the acquisition's structure is for all shares to be assigned to Medios AG by payment of a partial purchase price of EUR6,000,000. The remaining purchase price is to be paid at semi-annual installments in accordance with the purchase agreement.
