For the fiscal year 2016 the company expects a result at the upper end of the preannounced target range of EUR 1.2m to EUR 1.5m. In our Real Estate Private Equity / Co-Investment division a total of ca EUR 100m of sell- and buy-side transactions has been accomplished in 2016. All investments so far perform according or above the corresponding business plan projections. The investments already executed performed well ahead of projections, some with an IRR above 50%.
