Dortmund, 06. September 2016 - adesso AG has purchased SP Integration GmbH in Sulzbach, near Frankfurt. The complete takeover of this IT consultancy firm with a team of 30 highly qualified staff members helps adesso to achieve its ambitious growth plans. adesso's new acquisition target, SP Integration, which will be acquired by means of change of control as at October 1st, helps with IT projects from requirements engineering to architecture consulting to implementation. The company brings comprehensive expertise in the areas of Business Intelligence, Groupware and Portale to the table and strenghtens adesso's Microsoft practise in the Rhein-Main-area around Frankfurt am Main. Next to the 30 new employees this acquisition will add several longstanding customer relationships. Over the course of the next couple of months, SP Integration's 30 members of staff will be assimilated into adesso's offices in Frankfurt and merged into the existing organisational structures. The sellers will pursue together with adesso the further development of business in this important part of Germany. They will act with new roles within adesso. The purchase price including SP Integrations's debt with banks is well below EUR 1 million and will be financed with free cashflow.
