Stefan Krause is the former Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bank as well as former Chief Financial Officer and member of the Management Board for sales and marketing of BMW. Pierre Louette is Chief Executive Officer Delegate of Orange in charge of the General Secretariat, Orange Digital Ventures, Orange Wholesale France, Group Sourcing and Supply Chain. Stefan Krause and Pierre Louette will succeed Lorenzo Grabau and Erik Mitteregger to increase the number of Supervisory Board members independent of Rocket Internet shareholders.
