According to preliminary figures, consolidated earnings before taxes (EBT) totalled around EUR 79 million in Q3 2015 (Q3 2014: EUR 63.6 million) thanks to a combination of further increasing domestic demand in the Vehicle Rental unit's corporate and private customer business as well as continued strong international growth in conjunction with strong utilization of the rental fleet and lower refinancing costs. Following business development during the third quarter and business performance recorded so far in the fourth quarter, the Managing Board expects consolidated EBT for the full fiscal year 2015 to amount to at least EUR 180 million and thus to significantly outperform last year's total of EUR 157.0 million. The Board's previous projections had assumed a slight increase in consolidated EBT.
