The shareholders agreed to all proposals on the agenda with a large majority of the votes. Particularly the proposal of a dividend of 0.33 Euro per share received strong support with an approval rate of more than 99%. The CEO, Dr. Anton Mindl, presented various Elmos products in his keynote speech to the shareholders. New ways for gesture control in vehicles, electronically controlled engine cooling, and the many different options of LED lighting in automobiles were among the solutions he introduced. "Elmos combines many years of experience with extensive system know-how. The result are products that provide our customers with a competitive edge. As in the case of our Halios(R) gesture control in vehicles, which we were the first to introduce to the market a few years ago. Our next generation is up and ready to conquer further platforms and applications one by one," says Dr. Anton Mindl, CEO of Elmos Semiconductor AG. The Annual General Meeting elected a new Supervisory Board according to schedule. The Supervisory Board now consists of: Dr. Gottfried H. Dutiné, Dr. Klaus Egger, Thomas Lehner (employee representative), Sven-Olaf Schellenberg (employee representative), Dr. Klaus Weyer, and Prof. Dr. Günter Zimmer (chairman). In addition to that and apart from the usual agenda items, a new authorized capital was established. The dividend will be paid on May 12, 2016 to all shareholders who held Elmos shares as of May 11, 2016.
