If the Supervisory Board accepts this proposal of the Executive Board, a corresponding profit utilisation proposal will be submitted to the annual general meeting to be held on May 12, 2016. The last annual general meeting of May 13, 2015 had resolved to pay a dividend of EUR 0.19 per preferred share and a dividend of EUR 0.13 per common share for financial year 2014. Since the conversion of the previously exchange-listed 4.8 million non-voting preferred shares into voting common shares took effect upon being recorded in the Commercial Register on September 28, 2015, after which they were admitted for trading in the regulated market (General Standard segment) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, all 9.6 million common shares of Berentzen-Gruppe Aktiengesellschaft are now traded on the stock exchange.
