DGAP-Media / 15.03.2016 / 07:45 Press Release Amadeus FiRe AG: Final figures for fiscal year 2015 Frankfurt/Main, 15 March 2016. Amadeus FiRe confirms the preliminary figures for fiscal year 2015. In fiscal year 2015 the Amadeus FiRe group achieved consolidated sales of EUR 169.7m (prior year EUR 161.1m), an increase of 5.4%. Sales improved in all services (temporary staffing, permanent placement, interim and project management, training). Gross profit grew by EUR 5.0m or 7.3% to EUR 72.8m (prior year EUR 67.8m). The increase of the gross profit margin from 42.1% to 42.9% is due to the risen share of sales of the high-margin services permanent placement and training. The selling and administrative expenses accumulated EUR 44.3m after EUR 41.1m in prior year. Mainly the increase of EUR 3.2m derived from personnel expenditures in operations. Nevertheless the number of sales employees in direct customer contact in 2015 was significantly lower than planned leading to lower expenditures than planned. Amadeus FiRe group's earnings before interest, tax and goodwill amortisation (EBITA) amounted to EUR 28.7m (prior year EUR 26.8m). EBITA increased by EUR 1.9m (+7.1%). EBITA margin improved to 16.9%. The Amadeus FiRe group generated a consolidated profit after minority interests of EUR 18.4m - previous year's level of 17.5m hence was exceeded by 4.9%. Earnings per share were EUR 3.53 for fiscal year 2015 (prior year EUR 3.37) in relation to the profit for the period attributable to ordinary shareholders. 2015 was the most successful year in the history of the Amadeus FiRe group. Management board and supervisory board will stay with the current dividend policy and will propose a dividend of EUR 3.53 per share at the AGM on 19 May 2016 (prior year's dividend: EUR 3.37).
