The Management Board decided to adopt the repurchase programme at its meeting today. The authorisation to purchase company shares according to Section 71 Paragraph 1 Number 8 of the German Joint Stock Companies Act is based on the decision taken at the annual shareholders' meeting on 18 June 2013. The programme initially runs until 30 June 2016.
