The portfolio consists of six high quality office venues located at key railway hubs in the Dutch cities of Utrecht, Breda, Groningen, Haarlem, Leeuwarden and Schiedam, with a total floor space of 52,500 m². The combination of attractive buildings, strategically located on some of the busiest commuter hubs in the Netherlands and the solid occupancy structure, provide a sound investment opportunity." All locations are leased to solid and well established parties, among which Dutch governmental agency UWV, the Dutch Central Government Real Estate Agency and the municipality of the city of Schiedam. The portfolio was acquired for an amount of EUR 69 million. Advisor to the buyer was law firm Loyens & Loeff. International property agency Cushman & Wakefield and legal firm Houthoff Buruma advised the seller.
