Net sales increased by 21 per cent to EUR 14.2 million, with sales totalling EUR 41.9 million (+22%) for the 9-month period. The SYZYGY Group thus continues to experience highly dynamic growth in organic terms. Operating income (EBIT) rose significantly by 30 per cent to EUR 1.3 million in the third quarter, and increased by 27 per cent to EUR 3.9 million in the 9-month period. With continued strong financial income of EUR 0.5 million (9-month period: EUR 1.6 million), net income was EUR 1.3 million in the quarter and EUR 4.0 million for the 9-month period. This represents earnings per share of EUR 0.30. Due to the good performance of the business, combined with ongoing positive prospects, SYZYGY AG is maintaining its forecast for 2015. It expects to increase sales in the current financial year by around 20 per cent to some EUR 55 million. All segments will contribute to this growth. Operating profit (EBIT) will see an above-average rise, which means earnings per share are expected to be approximately EUR 0.40.
