Création Tapeten AG, which is scheduled for April 28, 2016. At today's meeting, the Supervisory Board approved the corresponding profit appropriation proposal submitted by the Managing Board. Due to the loss incurred in the fiscal year 2014, A.S. Création paid no dividend in the previous year. A.S. Création generated consolidated sales revenues of EUR 166.5 million (previous year: EUR 189.1 million) in the fiscal year 2015. At EUR 7.9 million, earnings before interest and taxes clearly exceeded the previous year's EUR 3.3 million. Having incurred a loss of EUR 9.3 million in the previous year, A.S. Création again posted a profit after taxes of EUR 3.3 million in the fiscal year 2015. Création Tapeten AG provides for a high payout ratio as long as this is permitted by the company's financial situation. Up to the fiscal year 2013, A.S.
