In fiscal year 2015 Vita 34 increased total operating revenues by 22.1 percent to EUR 18.5 million (2014: EUR 15.2 million). The period result increased to EUR 1.7 million in the reporting period (2014: EUR 1.0 million), which equates to earnings per share of EUR 0.67. The increase as compared with the previous year (2014: EUR 0.37) was, therefore 81.1 percent. Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) of EUR 1.6 million were at the prior year's level (2014: EUR 1.7 million). The earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) rose to EUR 3.9 million (2014: EUR 2.8 million), which is equivalent to an EBITDA margin of 27.5 percent (2014: 20.1 percent). Consequently, Vita 34 has exceeded its own EBITDA forecast for fiscal year 2015 significantly, which had originally foreseen EBITDA at the prior year's level. Company revenues increased to EUR 14.2 million (2014: EUR 13.8 million) based on the product VitaPlusNabelschnur [VitaPlusCord], as well as acquisitions completed in 2015. Thus, the company exceeded prognoses set for fiscal year 2015. Other operating income increased to EUR 4.3 million, following EUR 1.7 million in the prior year's period. This development can be traced back to the profit effects from the initial consolidation of the acquisitions made. The Management Board and the Supervisory Board have resolved, to propose an increase of the dividend payment by 6.7 percent to EUR 0.16 per share to the Annual General Meeting.
