Paramount Home Media Distribution (PHMD) and Highlight Communications AG today announced that they have extended their long-standing agreement for distribution of Blu-ray and DVD across the region. Highlight/Constantin Film will continue to contract with Paramount for their portfolio of products in Germany, while Highlight/Rainbow Home Entertainment will distribute Paramount physical products in Austria and Switzerland. The new five-year contract begins in 2016 and continues the two companies' successful relationship that began more than 30 years ago.
