Following his departure, Pieter Koolen will be available to the company for several months in a consulting capacity. The divisions in the Power and Industrial business segments will in future be headed by CEO Per H. Utnegaard directly. Dr. Jochen Keysberg retains responsibility for the Building and Facility business segment. Bilfinger confirms the expectations for the first half of 2015: the company anticipates an adjusted EBITA from continuing operations in the mid double-digit million euro range. The half-year figures will be published as planned on August 12, 2015.
