EUR 9.9 million - Rental yield amounts to approx. 9 percent per year - WCM's portfolio build-up continues at a dynamic pace Frankfurt, 6 July 2015 - WCM Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz-AG (WCM AG, ISIN: DE000A1X3X33) announced that the agreement to purchase the commercial portfolio comprising 16 properties in the Rhine-Main area and in Dresden was notarised today. The acquisition of this portfolio was reported previously in an ad-hoc release dated 24 April 2015. The commercial property portfolio is being sold by two Danish subsidiaries of two Norway-based property companies. With this transaction, WCM AG continues to expand its portfolio in line with its strategy by adding properties that generate a strong and steady cash flow. The acquired portfolio comprises 16 office and retail properties with rental space of around 88,800 square metres. The current occupancy rate is around 90 percent and annualised rental income amounts to approx. EUR 9.9 million. The rental yield based on the net purchase price at the time of acquisition is around 9 percent. The net purchase price on a 100 percent basis is approx. EUR 113 million. The closing of the transaction is expected for October 2015. With this transaction, the portfolio build-up of WCM AG continues at a dynamic pace. Including the other planned and announced property acquisitions, the future portfolio of WCM AG comprises a total of 51 properties with a market value on a 100 percent basis of around EUR 437 million. In the medium term, WCM aims to build up a portfolio worth more than EUR 1 billion.
