In connection with this event, Mr. Amir Mobayen, Vice President & General Manager of Arrow OCS EMEA, has been appointed to the Data Modul AG Supervisory Board. At today's Supervisory Board meeting Mr. Walter King, Chief Operating Officer of Data Modul AG, elected to resign, departing the Company as of June 30, 2015. His resignation was voluntary. Mr. King, who was appointed to the Executive Board in 2001, was director of Technology, Product Marketing and Sales at Data Modul AG. The Supervisory Board would like to expressly thank Mr. King for his hard work and achievements for the Company. CFO Dr. Florian Pesahl will hold sole directorship over these areas until further notice.
