Consolidated revenues of the UET Group increased by 7% and amounted to a total of 48.436 mn EUR (previous year: 45.331 mn EUR) in fiscal year 2014. In 2014 the UET Group generated an EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) of 4.512 mn EUR, slightly below the previous year (4.677 mn EUR). Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) improved to 2.797 mn EUR. Compared to the fiscal year 2013 this corresponded to an increase of 1.681 mn EUR respectively 151%. Operating profit from ordinary operations was positive and increased, after a negative result in the previous year (-0.522 mn EUR), to 1.398 mn EUR. Under the consideration of minority interests on the consolidated result, the attributable profit per share to the shareholders of UET AG is 0.10 EUR for the fiscal year 2014 (previous year: 0.05 EUR). Cash flow from operating activities increased, following the earnings trend, by 1.227 mn EUR to 3.986 mn EUR in 2014 (previous year: 2.759 mn EUR). In addition, the UET group could deleverage by 0.7 mn EUR in the 2014 financial year in long-term financiers. Cash and cash equivalents in the Group amounted to 2.484 mn EUR as of December 31st, 2014. The annual shareholder meeting will take place as scheduled on June 18th, 2015 in Eschborn.
