DGAP-News: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG / Key word(s): Final Results CENTROTEC Sustainable AG: CENTROTEC confirms provisional revenue and earnings figures; steady revenue and earnings performance forecast for 2015 26.03.2015 / 07:30 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Brilon, March 26, 2015: CENTROTEC Sustainable AG, Brilon, achieved revenue growth of 1.0 % in the 2014 financial year, taking it to EUR 530.5 million (previous year EUR 525.4 million). By contrast, the operating result (EBIT) of EUR 31.0 million was 13.1 % down on the prior-year figure of EUR 35.7 million. The company is thus able to confirm the provisional figures announced in January. It achieved earnings per share (EPS) of EUR 1.00 (previous year EUR 1.40). However thanks to a further improvement in the financial position, the dividend level of EUR 0.20 per share is to be maintained at the same level as in the previous year. CENTROTEC has substantially increased its investment volume over the past two years, as a result of which it has further improved its competitiveness by creating a modernised corporate infrastructure, an optimised product portfolio and a more extensive international network of sales activities. The acquisition of the Croatian ventilation and climate systems manufacturer PRO-KLIMA in mid-March 2015 marks a further step towards internationalisation, which is at the heart of the corporate strategy. The current economic environment permits only a cautiously positive outlook for the financial year in progress. There is merely the prospect of a renewed positive stimulus towards the end of the year, when the tougher European and national efficiency requirements for buildings take effect in the autumn. CENTROTEC expects revenue and the operating result (EBIT) for 2015 overall to remain on a par with the previous year, assuming a comparable group structure. In the medium to long term the industry-specific economic environment looks brighter because the markets for heating and climate control solutions should benefit from the global megatrends of energy efficiency and climate protection.
