The court has held that artnet AG, artnet France Sarl and Artnet Worldwide Corporation are jointly and severally liable. Furthermore, the sentence must be published in the magazines "Le Journal des Arts", "L'oeil" and "Art + Auction" and on the homepage of www.artnet.fr. The Court was convinced that artnet AG, artnet France Sarl and Artnet Worldwide Corporation have infringed the copyright of Stéphane Briolant in France by publishing photos of Stéphane Briolant in the artnet Price Database.
