The listed GIEAG Immobilien AG (GIEAG), a sustainability-oriented project developer for residential and commercial real estate with a focus on southern Germany, has secured a renowned Stuttgart company as an additional tenant for its new building project, OASIS II in Stuttgart's Pragsattel. With the lease of 7,700 square meters of office and commercial space and 84 parking spaces to the company, full occupancy of OASIS II has beer reached prior to the completion of the object in June 2015. The new tenants is primarily leasing office and warehouse space from the first to the fourth floor of the eight-floor modern, multifunctional office building. The rental was mediated by Bankhaus Ellwanger & Geiger and by the office of Stuttgart Immobilien. Other tenants at OASIS II are the commercial vehicle specialist, Christian Winkler GmbH & Co. KG, the company Golfhouse, which offers a private putting green in the outside area of the property, and a restaurant business. With OASIS II with a total of 17,000 square meters of leasable space, GIEAG successfully continues its development projects in Stuttgart. The project is based on the architecture of the OASIS III building next door, finished by the GIEAG in 2003 and successfully sold to LaSalle Investment Management.
