DGAP-News: Softing AG / Key word(s): Preliminary Results Softing AG: Preliminary numbers Q3-2014 - Strong start into the 2nd half of the year 13.10.2014 / 18:05 --------------------------------------------------------------------- In the first nine months of the year, sales rose by approx. 35% to EUR 53 million (previous year: EUR 38 million). EBIT grew to EUR 4.5 million (previous year: EUR 4.2 million). EPS for the first three quarters is EUR 0.44 (previous year: EUR 0.46) and such slightly below the previous year due to the capital increase earlier this year. In the third quarter, sales rose by more than 50% to EUR 19.6 million (previous year: EUR 12.8 million). EBIT more than doubled to EUR 2.5 million (previous year: EUR 1.1 million). The EPS in Q3 amounted to EUR 0.23 (previous year: EUR 0.12). In the first 9 months of 2014 the new acquisitions contributed approx. EUR 13 million in sales and EUR 1.6 million in EBIT. Softing confirms a 2014 (full year) forecast of more than EUR 70 million in sales and an EBIT between 5.5 and 6.5 million.
