The 136 residential units with a rentable area of almost 14 000 m2 were purchased by the GIEAG in the year 2009. The sale included two residential buildings for redevelopment, which are to be redeveloped for residential use by the new investor. Part of the portfolio Leipheim II will remain in the inventory of the GIEAG. The goal here is - in cooperation with the town of Leipheim - to continue to develop the existing areas and properties. Schneider + Cie. was active as a consultant for GIEAG and was entrusted with the sale itself.
