The ISG Provider Lens quadrant study is a service provider comparison, combining empirical and data-driven research and market analysis with practice-based experience and observations of ISG's advisory team. Especially in the area of cloud, the analysis provides companies with valuable decision-making tools. For the trend towards the cloud has been unbroken since well before the onset of corona. The study reveals that companies increasingly rely on hybrid solutions, i.e. a mix of private cloud and public cloud tailored to the company.
